Offline-First Privacy Architecture: MoneyVaults: Finances & FIRE stores your financial records, smart vaults, evolution & trend snapshots, stock positions, dividend entries, and transaction logs locally on your device. We do not require account registration, and we do not transmit your personal financial logs to developer servers.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Because MoneyVaults operates offline on your device, we do not collect or store:
Personal identifiers such as your real name, physical address, email address, or phone number.
Bank credentials, bank account numbers, credit card details, or banking logins.
Your specific budget entries, savings goals, asset trades, dividend distributions, or net worth values.
2. Data Processed Locally on Your Device
The following data remains strictly inside your local device storage:
Smart Vaults & Asset Portfolios: Vault names, target amounts, categories, and dedicated stock/equity portfolios (ticker symbols, units owned, average acquisition cost PRU, market prices, and buy/sell trade logs).
Cash Flow Intelligence & General Account KPIs: Locally computed operational metrics for the General Account (all-time and period record expenses/incomes, top spending/revenue tags, starting/ending balances with absolute and percentage variations, and daily spending averages).
Vaults Monthly Evolution & 3-Level Stacked Drilldown: Historical stacked-bar cash flows and future forecasts computed locally from the General Account perspective, supporting interactive 3-level drilldowns (General Account → Direct Cash Flows / Transfers / Dividends → Individual Tags) with immediate transaction lists.
Evolution & Trend Curve Snapshots: Locally computed 00:00 daily, weekly, and monthly vault snapshots (for 1M, 3M, YTD, 1Y, and All-Time trend curves) with automatic First-In-First-Out (FIFO) local retention pruning, real-time dynamic P&L % touch scrubbing, and period change breakdowns (separating net capital inflows from net investment P&L).
Cash Flow, Calendar & Planned Commitments: Everyday transactions, interactive monthly calendar items, planned one-time future transactions with scheduled due dates, and cash flow inclusion settings ("Include in the cash flow" toggle).
Dividend Tracker & Projections: Payout amounts, tax withholding rates, payment frequency, linked stock vaults, multi-horizon forecasts (1M, 3M, 6M, End of Year, 1Y), and monthly average reference indicators.
Recurring Rules, Alerts & Matched Income: Scheduled recurring rules, monthly due days, Day 10 trial end cancellation reminders, dedicated matched income grouping preferences, and local device push notification schedules.
Tags & Smart Auto-Naming: Custom user-defined tags, color palettes, category mappings, and auto-naming settings where choosing a tag automatically populates the transaction's title.
Interactive Guided Tutorials & Demo Data: Local completion status for the interactive tutorial suite (Budget, Portfolio Evolution, Investment Curves, Balance with General Account, Filtered Analytics, and Tag Workflows) and fictional 18-month simulation data.
User Preferences & Custom Layouts: Base currency formatting, multilingual settings (EN, PT, ES, FR, DE, IT), persistent custom vault order (via Drag & Drop 3-dots handle), sort options (including Custom Order), and view modes (compact vs expanded, list vs calendar).
Temporary Pro Passes: Local timestamp tracking expiration of ad-rewarded Pro Passes (30 seconds each, up to 5 per 24-hour window). Upon pass expiration or subscription conclusion, all screens, custom filters, and display modes automatically revert to safe default settings.
Backups & Biometric Reset Safeguard: Manual JSON backup files (including vaults, transactions, recurring rules, dividends, and trend snapshots) generated solely when you choose to export your data. Initiating a complete Backup & Factory Reset requires local device biometric authentication (fingerprint, face unlock, or device PIN) to prevent accidental data erasure.
3. Third-Party Services & Technical Data
The App integrates trusted industry-standard SDKs solely for subscriptions and optional rewarded passes:
In-App Purchases (RevenueCat & Google Play Billing): Processes anonymous app user IDs, transaction receipts, active subscription status, and purchase dates to unlock and restore Premium features.

Rewarded Video Ads (Google AdMob): When you voluntarily watch a video ad to unlock a 30-second Pro Pass (limited to 5 passes per 24 hours), Google AdMob processes advertising identifiers (GAID), device diagnostics, and ad interaction data to prevent fraud.

4. Device Permissions
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used only for optional, locally scheduled expense check-ins, weekly wealth reviews, recurring transaction due alerts, planned transaction reminders, dividend reminders, and the automated Day 10 trial end reminder notification.
USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT: Used strictly for local device authentication before executing sensitive actions such as a complete Backup & Factory Reset. Biometric data is validated solely by your device's operating system security hardware and is never accessed, processed, or stored by the App.
INTERNET: Required only for Google Play Billing validation and AdMob video playback.
5. Data Deletion
You have complete control: you can clear all financial data at any time through the App's Data Center (protected by biometric authentication before executing a Factory Reset) or by clearing the App's storage in your device settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, bug-free operation.
2. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
The calculations, compound interest models, evolution & trend curves, stock tracking analytics, dividend forecasts, loan amortization schedules, and FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) projections generated by MoneyVaults are for educational and informational simulation purposes only.
The App is not a broker-dealer or financial advisor. Stock market prices, units, P&L updates, and dividends are user-entered and managed for personal tracking purposes.
Built-in Demo Mode sample data uses fictional company names and ticker symbols (such as NovaTech Corp. NVTX, Apex Systems APXS, Prime Realty Trust PRMT, and OmniBev Corp. OMBV) strictly for illustrative demonstration.
The App does not guarantee future financial returns or investment outcomes.
Past mathematical performance or simulation curves do not guarantee future wealth.

3. Customer Support on a Best-Effort Basis (Good Faith)
Customer support is provided on a reasonable, voluntary best-effort basis (in good faith).
There are no guaranteed response times, formal service level agreements (SLAs), or obligations to implement requested features.
We strive to assist users promptly with technical and billing inquiries in good faith.
14-Day Free Trial: All auto-renewing subscription options (Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, Annual) include an upfront 14-day risk-free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the 14-day trial concludes.
Trial Reminders: The App automatically schedules a private local device notification on Day 10 (4 days before renewal) to alert you that your trial is nearing its end.
Pricing Options: MoneyVaults Premium offers flexible membership tiers: Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions, as well as a one-time Lifetime Access purchase. All localized pricing amounts, billing periods, and regional currency conversions are clearly presented in the App and confirmed via Google Play Store checkout prior to purchase.
Rewarded Video Passes: Users may also unlock temporary 30-second full Premium passes by voluntarily watching short video ads (up to 5 passes per 24 hours) with zero financial charge. Upon expiration of any temporary pass or subscription, all premium configuration states, custom vault arrangements, and specialized filters immediately return to standard default views.
Billing & Renewal: Payments are processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play Store Account Settings prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions. Refunds are governed strictly by Google Play's standard refund policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, device malfunction, or personal financial decisions arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
